I started taking Reba’s class several years ago when I was brand new to yoga and had no idea what to expect. She made me feel instantly comfortable and made both the physical poses and language of yoga feel accessible.

Her classes are both challenging and gentle at the same time. Her classes get my heart rate up and after class I always feel rejuvenated and refreshed both physically and mentally.

What I love most about Reba is that she weaves in bits of wisdom throughout class which make me think differently about myself or my life. At the same time, she keeps it very light and fun which reminds me not to take myself or the class too seriously. Her classes have enriched my life tremendously and I am so thankful for her.
