Group Classes

I offer classes with plenty of options to explore your own practice. We focus on building strength, flexibility and balance in body and mind, and explore the spirit of yoga. We begin with a dynamic warm-up and move into plenty of standing and balancing poses (on feet and usually hands too), and spend the last part of class in restorative poses, unwinding into a sweet savasana.
