Why a Private Session?

After practicing yoga for 20 years, I started to have pain. Waking-me-up-in-the-night-pain in my hip flexors. So I started strength training. Pretty quickly, I was able to resume my yoga practice and do lunges to my heart’s desire, with no pain!

This is why I enjoy tailoring private sessions to meet your needs. I want to share all that I’ve learned to help you feel strong and resilient in your body! Maybe you have experience and are looking to fine-tune your practice. Perhaps you are totally new to movement and unsure of where to begin. Maybe it feels intimidating to join a group class. Or have you ever had a burning question you've wanted to ask?

In our session, I can offer you specific insight on body mechanics, yoga philosophy, breath work, meditation, and more.

Sessions can be done in person, at your home or in a studio, or virtually.

In our private yoga sessions, Reba is able to meet me where I am. I feel challenged but safe in our classes.
