Why a Private Session?

After 25 years of practicing yoga, I was surprised when I started experiencing significant hip flexor pain—pain that was even waking me up at night. So, I began incorporating physical therapy exercises into my yoga practice. Before long, I was back to moving freely, lunging to my heart’s content, and practicing without pain.

That experience deepened my appreciation for personalized movement and inspired my passion for private yoga sessions. I love helping people discover what works best for their unique bodies so they can feel strong, capable, and resilient.

Private sessions are ideal whether you've been doing yoga for years, are completely new to movement and unsure where to begin, or simply prefer individual guidance over a group class. They also offer the opportunity to ask questions and receive support tailored specifically to your goals.

Together, we can explore yoga postures, body mechanics, breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy in a way that meets your needs. I often incorporate tools such as resistance bands, yoga props, and weights to provide additional support, strength, and stability.

Sessions are available in person—either in your home or at a studio—or via Zoom.

In our private yoga sessions, Reba is able to meet me where I am. I feel challenged but safe in our classes.
