Flow Together in the Heart of Mexico
March 7-14, 2026
San Miguel de Allende, Mexico
Join me for a week of yoga, laughter, and connection in San Miguel de Allende, often called the heart of Mexico for both its location and its spirit. I cannot wait to show you the vibrant culture, beauty, and warmth of this magical town where I live!
We’ll gather at Casa Alhambra, a stunning colonial-style home just steps from the lush Parque Juárez and a short walk to El Jardín. You’ll stay in beautifully appointed rooms, all with king beds perfect for couples or close friends to share, and be nourished by homemade breakfasts prepared with love by our in-house cocinera.
This retreat will include energizing morning vinyasa and sunset rooftop restorative yoga, with sweeping views of the iconic pink spires of the Parroquia. In your free time, wander cobblestone streets lined with colorful doors, explore art galleries and hot springs, eat all the amazing food, or simply relax by the courtyard pool. Spend the evenings on the terrace or sitting by the fire sharing stories about your daily adventures. Whether you're here to deepen your practice, reconnect with yourself, or just soak in the beauty of México, this retreat is about coming together with ease, joy, and heart.
Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot today—registration closes January 5, 2026.
About Me
I stumbled upon yoga around 2002. I was living in Boston after returning from the Peace Corps in Mali, an experience that taught me about the real power of community. Seeking ways to process my time abroad, and looking for community within a busy city, I was fortunate to discover both in a yoga studio. I practiced and trained to teach for eight years before moving to California.
I grew up in Maine, but have been obsessed with the California lifestyle from a young age--cue palm trees, Highway 1, beaches. I moved to Oakland in 2010 to deepen my practice and diversify my yoga studies (and to escape the east coast winters). I mainly teach vinyasa flow yoga, meditation, and pranayama practices. I have completed trainings in vinyasa yoga, yoga for traumatic brain injury, yoga for runners, and yin yoga. I have my E-RYT 200 from Yoga Alliance and have completed hundreds more hours in teacher trainings over the past 20 years. I am continually learning things from friends and students, my own movement, and teachers of all kinds, and expanding my offerings as my practice evolves.
